Specifically it is not called as "effective teaching", but obviously Finland has good references as one of the best education systems. For that reason we are taking  this country as a model, What did they do?, Where is their focus?, Do teachers obtain whole the students attention?, Do the students get the necessary skills?

When we were babies, we learned through to discover. Our parents gave us security, they covered the danger and they were focusing our learning in the necessary things to survive.

In the same way the teacher are called to create an comfortable environment and free to learn. The kids are handing materials and they are discovering the knowledge while the teachers are looking and focusing them.

According with "secretos de finlandia", de kids are not graded until they are 9 years. The idea is give them opportunities to try one and another time. If kids can´t pass the test, but they can try one more time, because the main theme here is not the grade, is the learning, the understanding.
